Roca Junyent incorporates law firm Vía Abogados
Consistently with the Firm’s strategy for expansion designed to offer comprehensive legal advice across all practice areas (both domestically and internationally), Roca Junyent has recently completed the incorporation of law firm Vía Abogados.
As a result of the deal 12 professionals have now joined Roca Junyent. Vía Abogados’ managing partners José Luis Yus Respaldiza and Miguel Ángel Martínez Conde are now partners at Roca Junyent’s Restructuring & Insolvency and Corporate Law Departments, respectively. Meanwhile, Rosa Rodríguez Gutiérrez has joined Roca Junyent’s Labour Law Department as associate. Significantly, this move beefs up the Firm’s Labour and Litigation Areas and, specially, the Corporate Law and Restructuring & Insolvency practices. To guarantee a better service for clients, the Restructuring & Insolvency practice operates transversally, meaning that it can involve other practice areas and even any of the Firm’s local offices, where required.
An immediate outcome of these additions is the substantial strengthening of Roca Junyent’s Madrid office situated at calle José Abascal 56, which will now be staffed by a team of 50 people.
